We want you to be fully happy with DiveLog. If for any reason you are not, you can request a full refund of your purchase within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments on DiveLog are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle.

To request a refund you have two options:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for the purchase: you'll be able to manage your order and request the refund directly.
  2. Or email us at support@divelogs.app with your purchase email and order number, and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Timing

Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle to the same payment method used. The time to receive the funds depends on your bank and is typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling prevents the next charge; to request a refund for a renewal that was just charged, follow the steps above within 30 days.
