How many psi is 200 bar?

200 bar is about 2,901 psi. One bar equals 14.5038 psi, so a standard 200 bar fill is roughly a 2,900 psi fill.

How do I convert metres of depth to feet?

Multiply metres by 3.28084. For example, 30 m is about 98 ft and 40 m is about 131 ft.

How do I convert cylinder volume between litres and cubic feet?

Water capacity in litres times 0.0353 gives cubic feet of water capacity. Note that imperial cylinders are usually rated in free gas volume at working pressure, so compare carefully.

What is a safe ascent rate?

Most agencies recommend no faster than 9-10 m/min (about 30 ft/min) from depth, slowing further in the last 10 m and adding a safety stop.
